1.2 Account Registration: To book an event or make a purchase, you may be required to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

1.3 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Violating any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
• Interfering with or disrupting the functionality of our website or services.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking: To book our snowcone services for an event, you must complete the inquiry form on our website. We will respond to your inquiry with availability and pricing information.

2.2 Payment: Payment terms, including deposits and final payments, will be outlined in your booking confirmation. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified at the time of booking.

2.3 Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy will be provided at the time of booking. Cancellations made within the specified period may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Products and Services

3.1 Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products and services. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions are complete, current, or error-free.

3.2 Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price in effect at the time you place your order.

3.3 Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs but cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens.

4. Booking Specifics

4.1 Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking fee is required to secure your event date.

4.2 Booking Deadline: Bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the event date.

4.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling: You may reschedule your event up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit, which cannot be transferred to another date. If a new date is unavailable, a credit valid for 6 months will be issued for future bookings.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Brain Freeze Snowcones and is protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5.3 Prohibited Use: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability
