1. Non-Refundable Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit guarantees your event date and covers initial planning costs.

2. Booking Deadline

Bookings must be made at least 72 hours prior to the event date. This allows us adequate time to prepare and ensure the best service for your event.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your event, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled event time. Cancellations made within this timeframe will allow you to reschedule your event without losing your deposit.
Rescheduling: If you cancel at least 24 hours before your event, you can reschedule to a new date. If the new date is unavailable, we will issue a credit valid for six months from the original event date. This credit can be used towards future bookings.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the event, the deposit is forfeited and cannot be applied to another date.

4. No-Show Policy

If our team arrives at the event location and is unable to set up or perform services due to issues beyond our control (e.g., lack of access, incorrect location information), the event will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited.

5. Weather-Related Cancellations

In the event of severe weather that impacts our ability to safely serve at your event, we will work with you to reschedule to a mutually agreeable date. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund of the deposit will be provided.
