Brain Freeze operates rain or shine, but safety always comes first.
Service will continue under a tent or covered area.
The client must provide a safe, dry, and level setup space.
(Heavy storms, lightning, high winds, or unsafe conditions)
If weather prevents safe service:
We will work with you to reschedule to a mutually agreeable date.
If rescheduling is not possible, a credit or deposit refund may be offered.
No refunds will be issued once service has begun.
The client agrees to provide:
A safe and accessible setup space
Parking access for the trailer or equipment
Power, if required
A covered area during rain
Brain Freeze Tasty Treats reserves the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe.
